Welcome, I am the founder of Boardroom of the Future. As your coach, I support you in -your development as leader -spotting critical red flags as part of your work -creating positive board dynamics and turning them around when you are stuck -entering the boardroom for the first time as a board ready executive -enhancing on-boarding processes for first time or new board members -transforming boards towards truly equitable and inclusive spaces able to lead future generations -future-proofing your board I am interested in advancing human equity, more than consider diversity or even inclusion in the boardroom. Deeply concerned about the pervasive lack of appreciation for the true impact of centuries of instrumentalization of human beings of colour I am ready to share the lexicon and help chart a way forward with you. If you are part of a certified B Corp, a start-up founder or member of an NGO, I am happy to reduce my rate. Please state here what you would be willing to offer me in return for that. There are such a wealth of currencies of exchange! I am currently most interested in finding beta testers for our FIT BOARD app. This will typically interest people who are active, responsible owners, as early adopters tend to have the courage to challenge themselves rather than stay in their comfort zone. I am always keen to get great introductions that are based on true win/win propositions for both parties because they are the only ones that get things done.
